Free Returns & Exchanges

We provide free returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

We will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label if approved.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags or packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or altered pieces

  • Items showing wear, damage, or stains

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once your return is received and approved. We cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Return Label & Packaging

We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Please package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
