Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. Federal holidays.

During peak seasons and U.S. holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

If we experience a significant delay in processing or shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may be extended during U.S. holidays or high-volume periods.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & Federal holidays.

Tracking information is included with all shipped orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking details will be provided and typically activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Subah is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Subah is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
